Clothing Donations
Dress for Success Kelowna wholeheartedly thanks you for your giving spirit. Your clothing donations are essential to our Dressing Services program that keeps our clients looking and therefore feeling their best.
At Dress for Success Kelowna, we welcome:
- Modern business suits and blazers
- Modern and professional pants, skirts and dresses
- Scarves
- Jewelry
- Professional handbags
- Professional outerwear
- Professional footwear (we love flats!)
- Unopened nylons
Current needs:
- XS and Small Sweaters
- Plus Size (16 and up) Suits, Skirts, and Blouses
We ask that you please donate these items elsewhere:
- Casual clothing
- Items in need of cleaning or repair
- Men’s clothing
- Children’s clothing
- Hangers
- Suitcases
Before donating to us, always ask yourself if you would wear the garment to a job interview. Sorting your items ahead of time to ensure all items are in good condition to donate alleviates a tremendous amount of work for our team. Clothing donations that do not fit our mandate cost us time and resources to sort and redistribute. While we work through our seasonal stock changeover, we will be pausing the intake of clothing donations. Please check back here in May for updates.
