Whether you’re looking for a new job, considering a career change or exploring entrepreneurship, you don’t have to figure out your next step alone.
Setup for Success is a free 12-week virtual program from Dress for Success Kelowna designed to help women build the skills, confidence and connections to move forward in their careers and lives.
Through weekly workshops, one-to-one mentorship and meaningful connection with other women, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow and take practical steps toward your goals—all within a supportive community.
What You Can Expect

- One-to-one mentorship with women from our community who can offer guidance, encouragement and practical support.

Participants who attend at least 8 of the 12 workshops will also receive a one-year membership to Kelowna Women in Business, providing additional opportunities to build their professional network and stay connected within the community.
