Dress for Success Kelowna
At Dress for Success Kelowna, we believe that when a woman is supported on her journey to employment, the impact reaches far beyond the workplace. Across the Okanagan, many women face barriers to economic independence, including limited access to professional networks, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
Our work may begin with professional attire, but it doesn’t stop there. Through wraparound services such as career coaching, professional development workshops, one-to-one mentorship, and meaningful connections, we meet women where they are and support them as they build confidence, stability, and lasting change.
Since 2019, Dress for Success Kelowna has supported women and gender-diverse individuals across the Okanagan as they work toward meaningful employment, financial independence, and personal success.
