Dress for Success empowers women and gender-diverse individuals in our communities to achieve economic independence by providing professional attire, career development supports, mentorship, and connection to a supportive network so they can move forward with confidence and dignity.

A thriving Okanagan where every woman can access the tools, support, and community she needs to achieve economic independence and transform her future, and where we are the catalyst for that transformation, driving innovative programming and elevating the community conversation around women’s empowerment.
