Set Up for Success
The Set Up for Success program offers a transformational 12-week journey focused on personal and professional growth. Each session begins with participants gathering in a welcoming, supportive environment, setting the tone for open conversation and community building. This program is delivered in-person to focus on flexibility while fostering a deep sense of connection. As part of the Setup for Success experience, participants are required to complete 8 out of 12 courses to graduate. This program isn’t just about learning new skills it’s about transforming lives, fostering growth, and creating a supportive network that will last beyond the workshops. We gift any graduating participant who is interested a one year membership to Kelowna Women in Business, so that they can create, foster, and maintain their own supportive networks.
The 2026 Setup for Success Workshop Series will start on April 16- July 2.
